Four steps, no guesswork
The method is the same whether the site is a studio apartment or a factory floor.
Day 1
Intake
You send the floor plan, the construction year, and the birth data of each occupant.
Day 2–3
Measurement
Luopan readings taken on site in person, then the Eight Mansions and Flying Star charts are calculated.
Week 1
Analysis
Sectors are ranked by severity. Each finding is tied to a specific room and a specific occupant.
Week 2
Remedy plan
A written report with prioritised changes and budget notes, carrying a three-month guarantee once the remedies are in place.
Audit and consultation fees do not include the cost of kai kuang (the consecration of a Hu).

My name is Zhe Jin. I am a practitioner of authentic Feng Shui — the classical Chinese metaphysics of how a building is laid out. I spent twenty-five years studying under several Feng Shui practitioners in Indonesia and Malaysia, until I met a master of authentic Feng Shui, under whom I studied patiently. Out of respect, I cannot name my teachers here.
I had already been practising since 2004, before I studied with that master, and the audits I did then did work. But I came to feel that the international teachers were copying from books rather than passing on the authentic lineage of Yang Kung. Although I remain an outside student, that foundation is what keeps me from practising pseudo Feng Shui.
My approach holds to the classical texts and to the oral formulas — koucie — of my master. There is no superstition and nothing extra to sell you. Every recommendation rests on a deep analysis, and it requires that I come to the site and inspect the place myself.
